The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted approval for Maks Krippa, the owner of NAVI, to acquire the Parus business center situated in the heart of Kyiv. This announcement was made by the AMCU press service on November 30.

The approval pertains to Ola Fine LLC, which is under the control of Max Krippe, intending to purchase Parus Holding LLC, which is owned by Vadym Stolar. According to YouControl, Ola Fine LLC operates via the ARS Capital fund, managed by a well-known entrepreneur.

Previously, Vadym Stolar, a businessman, held an 80% stake in Parus Holding LLC, the entity that owned the Parus business center in Kyiv, through the Genesis fund. The remaining 20% was owned by Vadym Stolar's former spouse, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund. Parus is a 33-storey, 70,000-square-meter Class A business center, widely recognized as one of the capital's premier real estate properties.

This transaction takes place in the context of the previous sale of the business center by developer Vagif Aliyev to Vadym Stolar in early February 2021.
